The goal of the SPIPA Health & Wellness Programs is to reduce chronic disease and cancer incidence within the SPIPA consortium tribal communities of the Chehalis, Nisqually, Skokomish, Squaxin Island, and Shoalwater Bay Tribes. These are done through prevention, awareness and survivorship support activities with a health equity focus that includes cancer screening and diagnostic support.
<p>Supports community driven activities, using a multidisciplinary approach to cancer prevention. Also, provides support to cancer survivors.</p>
